Request a managed Proxmox cluster by form, phone or email

Besides the form above, you can contact managed-cluster.net directly by phone or email. A single address, support@cube-hosting.net, handles sales, support, data protection and security inquiries. Postal mail goes to Cube-Hosting.net in Gerolzhofen, Germany.

Process

What happens after you get in touch

At managed-cluster.net, your inquiry turns into a written design with a fixed price in three steps: initial assessment, requirements call, then design and quote. Both design and quote usually follow within a few business days. Build and testing then typically take one to three weeks, and you decide when the migration takes place.

  1. 1

    Initial assessment

Within one business day, we get back to you with an initial assessment of your project.

  2. 2

    Requirements call

We go through your load profile, availability target, RTO (recovery time objective) and RPO (recovery point objective), and review your existing environment.

  3. 3

    Your Proxmox cluster quote

A written design with an architecture diagram and a component list, plus a fixed price for setup and operations, usually within a few business days.

Once your cluster is in operation, you have a dedicated contact who knows your cluster.

Preparation

What to prepare for the call

Useful input for the call covers your application, load, availability and recovery targets, data volume and timeline. None of it is required before you contact managed-cluster.net: the more is settled, the more specific our initial assessment will be. We work out anything still open with you during the requirements analysis.

  • Application and load profile, including peaks
  • Availability target: acceptable downtime per year
  • RTO and RPO: how soon systems must be running again and how much data loss, measured as a time span, is acceptable
  • Data volume and expected growth
  • Existing environment, such as VMware or a Proxmox cluster you already run
  • Timeline, including any fixed deadlines
  • Security requirements in your industry or organization, for example from internal policies or audits
  • Stakeholders on your side, such as IT management, information security and procurement

What our operations cover and what stays with you is set out under security and compliance. Comparing providers? Use our managed hosting provider checklist.

FAQ

Questions about your inquiry

How quickly do you respond to an inquiry?

Within one business day, with an initial assessment that is free and without obligation. Design and proposal usually follow within a few business days; build and testing typically take one to three weeks. How the design comes together is described under design and setup.

Does the initial assessment cost anything?

No. The initial assessment is free and does not commit you to anything. The published prices apply to the Essentials and Business packages. We price Enterprise environments by data volume, RPO target and switchover time and state the fixed price in the proposal.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

By email to support@cube-hosting.net, as listed in our security.txt, which names German and English as preferred languages. More under report a vulnerability.
